Renovations and addition to the historic Shute Institute in London to provide an
82 bed retirement lodge. The addition elegantly blends with the exceptional architecture of the existing 1860's mansion.
The existing dining room with inlaid cherry ceilings and intricate carved stone fireplace mantels has been fully restored.
New suites were created both in the existing building as well as the addition.
